Allah has made the human heart very beautiful. How does it work? to the How does the heart supply blood body? How does the heart receive deprived of oxygen blood and where  does it supply  it? If there is a problem  in the heart ,the blood system inside the human body stops. this article  will highlight how supply  the heart works inside the body.

The Heart: Powerhouse of Life and Essential Blood Circulation

 The heart, like a human fist, is an important organ in the human body that supplies blood to the human body. The heart is made up of several layers of tissue. This system is a large network of blood vessels.  Basically, this system consists of veins and arteries. All cells in the human body require constant and complete supply of nutrients and oxygen in order to perform their functions. So that they can work properly inside the body.  The blood also carries carbon dioxide to your lungs so you can breathe۔


The Architecture of the Heart: its Four Chamber


The human heart has four chambers  for example a house is made up of four separate rooms just like a two-storied building. Just like a two-storied building, the heart is like a two-storied building.  The two upper chambers (atriums) are the atria. And the bottom two are the ventricles. And all over your heart.

Right atrium:
There are two large veins that carry oxygen-depleted blood into your right atrium. vena cava
Brings blood from the upper part of your body And the inferior vena cava brings blood from the lower part of your body .The right atrium then supplies blood to your right ventricle۔

Right ventricle:
The lower right chamber supplies deoxygenated blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery. The lungs recirculate the same blood with rich oxygen۔

Left atrium:
After the lungs fill the blood with oxygen, the pulmonary veins carry the blood to the left atrium۔This upper chamber pumps your blood into the ventricle.

Left ventricle:
The left ventricle, which is slightly larger than the right ventricle, supplies oxygen-rich blood to the rest of your body.


Tricuspid valve:

Connects your right atrium and right ventricle۔

pulmonary valve
Connects the human right ventricle and the main pulmonary artery, the large artery that supplies blood to your lungs.

mitral valve
Connects your left atrium and left ventricle.

aortic valve
Connects your left ventricle and aorta. The major artery that supplies blood from the human heart to the entire body.

Heart Valve Choreography: 

As the heart muscle contracts and relaxes, the valves orchestrate the flow of blood by opening and shutting in a synchronized manner. This ensures that blood enters the ventricles and atria at alternate intervals. Here's a detailed breakdown of how the valves operate normally within the left ventricle:

During the relaxation phase of the left ventricle, the aortic valve seals shut while the mitral valve opens, facilitating the influx of blood from the left atrium into the left ventricle.

Simultaneously, the left atrium contracts, further enhancing the flow of blood into the left ventricle.

Upon contraction of the left ventricle, the mitral valve closes, while the aortic valve opens, allowing blood to surge into the aorta and subsequently distribute throughout the body.

As the left ventricle enters its relaxation phase, the right ventricle also relaxes, prompting the pulmonary valve to close and the tricuspid valve to open. This permits blood to enter the right ventricle from the right atrium, completing the cycle.

With the contraction of the left ventricle, the right ventricle likewise contracts, leading to the opening of the pulmonary valve and closure of the tricuspid valve, ensuring the continuation of blood flow.

Understanding the intricate coordination of these valves is essential for comprehending the efficient functioning of the heart and its vital role in sustaining life.

Blood Supply
